Collaborated with NLP engineers to develop an NLP-based conversational chatbot. • Constructed a responsive chatbot UI and an Admin panel using React, incorporating features for viewing and uploading PDFs, images, videos, and CSV files. • Integrated HighCharts and other chart plotting libraries with the Chatbot, creating an analytics dashboard capable of handling various dynamic time-series data. • Developed RESTful APIs in Django to support the functionality of the chatbot and associated applications. • Designed database schemas in MongoDB and successfully integrated them into the overall system.
