worked as a ML intern where I built sales call analysis model using Python and other reference models from hugging Face .Basically this Sales Call analysis model works by : 1. Records a sales call and store the sales person and customer's audio as a seperate file either as mp4 or wav format. 2. Then it summarizes both the customer and sales person audio files. 3. Then the model performs sentiment analysis over both customer as well as sales person's summarized text of the audio. This sentiment analysis results of both salesperson and customer,helps the company to know the sales perfomance of the sale person as well as the client satisfaction with the sale.
