Design, Implementation and maintenance of a pipeline using Azure Technologies to ensure automated GDPR compliance of lead conversion processes and storage of lead data. Impact: Helped the organization comply to latest standards and regulations. Provided a scalable and reliable solution capable of processing about 1 billion records per cycle. •Development, maintenance and testing, including load and stress testing, of in-house API for lead data validation (email, phone and address). Impact: Reduction of dependency on third party solution leading to a greater than 40% reduction in lead generation costs. Ensured proof of pan-organizational usability through preparation of detailed testing reports. •Evolution and maintenance of event-management system, including User Interface and event-creation, verification and posting pipelines. Impact: Improvement in User Interface allowing for better preference matching for customers and ease-of-operability for marketing and sales executives. Fixing of bugs leading to improved response-times.

Development and testing of features for partner data migration from legacy application to new one. Impact: Significant reduction in operation toil for everybody (including system administrators, DevOps engineers and partners) through migration from an inefficient and difficult-to-maintain system. Timely completion of work allowed the organization to present the solution to partners earlier than the proposed launch.
