Spearheaded the development of a standardized job request tool using Microsoft Power Automate, which streamlined workflows for over 50 cross-functional teams, reducing request processing time by an average of 40%.

I worked with project managers that allowed me to work autonomously and interacted with people from around the globe to succeed in this role. I worked on the company SharePoint site to make their international Technical Support contacts table to be sortable and searchable.
