Developed and maintain a mobile app written for iOS and Android in React Native, alongside a backend API written with Django-Rest-Framework. Handle all the DevOps myself, including a handful of AWS services (Lambda, SQS, etc.) and a CI/CD pipeline which runs all tests in a post commit hook and then one-click merges and deploys code to all backend machines.

Member of the highly selective Silicon Valley Next Talent (SVNT) rotational program at SAP for recent undergraduates. I rotated between teams at SAP, working as a software developer for a "startup" in an internal accelerator named SAP.iO and as a product manager for a cloud infrastructure tool called Data Custodian which helped organizations manage their regulatory, compliance, and permissions landscape across a multicloud environment of SAP systems. Picked up Vue.js skills as well as a hefty dose of AWS/GCP/Azure experience due to all the work with cloud deployments.

Frontend and backend engineer tasked with making changes to the internal tools and custom admin panels which were used to handle customer accounts. Also contributed to some of the financial transaction-handling code (a skill that would come in handy at many later orgs). Learned the ins and outs of the PostgreSQL/Express/React/Node stack during this time

Software Intern

As part of the energyStartup Internships awarded by the TomKat Center for Sustainable Energy, I worked at "PastureMap" a venture which sold software to sustainable farmers to help them track and plan livestock grazing patterns, weather conditions, foliage levels, and animal health. During this period I honed my frontend web development skills in Angular, and got a taste for Django which I kept using throughout my career.
