On-call developer for the advertisement platform and mainly working in different teams, up to 8 people with both Scrum and Kanban, to improve and extend the mobile video ad format, moving the platform towards an event driven architecture, creating the basis for a data center in AWS and consulting on various topics throughout the mobile advertisement landscape. Giving table tennis lessons, singing Karaoke at conferences and trying to convince my colleagues to value coding style and software development principles even when working on tiny features. Drawing a lot of helpful graphs on the various whiteboards in both floors and enjoying pair programming sessions with new candidates on their trial day. Also created a generic reporting API that is used to retrieve historic ad serving information from various third party ad networks.
