Eligibility Criteria

Individuals with a minimum 2 years of development experience in the field of Software Engineering.
Aspirants with less than 2 years of development experience are not eligible for this challenge.

Only individual participation is allowed.
The organisers of the event have the right to disqualify any individual caught in the act of plagiarism.

Rules

Participation in the challenge is subject to the sole discretion of the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to determine the final ranks in the leaderboard.

Any case of cheating will result in disqualification from the challenge.
Challenge Login Window: You can login to the challenge only between 3 pm and 3.30 pm IST on 23rd November.

Do we sign up as an individual or a team?

This contest is for individual participants.

I have received an invitation for a challenge. How shall I proceed?

Typically, challenges are the first step in a company's candidate screening process. If you have received an invite from your hiring company, log in to the challenge and attempt the questions within the time limit to qualify for the next step of the recruitment process.

Will I receive a confirmation upon registration?

Yes, registered candidates will be screened, and shortlisted candidates will get an email notification to their registered email id about entry into the challenge.

I am attempting a HackerRank challenge for the first time. How can I prepare for a smooth experience?

In addition to preparing well before your challenge, it is recommended that you go through the following checklist for a smooth experience.

What is the format of this challenge ?

"UKG India Tech Talent Challenge" is an online contest powered by the HackerRank coding platform. This challenge will require participants to solve three coding problems of varying complexities in 90 mins.

The challenge will consist of 1 Easy, 1 Medium and 1 Hard problem solving coding question

The hiring company will review your attempt and will get back to you with your result. We request you to be patient during this period.

I did not receive any mail that I have completed my challenge. Is there any chance that I did not submit the challenge?

Irrespective of whether you receive an email confirmation, your attempt will get submitted as soon as you hit the submit button or when the timer stops. If you still need any further information, we request you to reach out to your recruiter.
