As one of the fastest growing tourism industries in South America, Peru Hop provides a safe and flexible way of discovering Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador by bus. As Senior Data Analyst, I worked to improve the products and analytical tools for the in-house departments and stakeholders.Worked collaboratively with the Solutions Architect to organise, process, and develop the newly-implemented Google Cloud data infrastructure (GCP). I implemented SQL (BigQuery) and Python (pandas DataFrames) to wrangle, transform and cleanse a large array of complex data sets from internal and external data sources, driving the reporting of customers to monitor their purchasing behaviour. Findings translated into actionable insights to better understand and engage with customers, improving their experience, the company’s sales, and the overall quality of the service. I built numerous pipeline to front-end dashboards and reports in the GCP using BI and data visualisation tools including Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI, and Google Data Studio. Provided highly-detailed data-driven insight, based on the stakeholder’s BI requirements.

FES is an innovative start-up business, providing fully-funded turnkey lighting solutions including survey, design, procurement, installation and long term maintenance. FES works with major asset owners, occupiers and operators on a project management basis to upgrade lighting systems across entire portfolios, at zero up-front capital cost. Modelled accurate business cases for large-scale lighting upgrades, providing the best possible solution for clients via detailed portfolio management, energy calculation, and cash-flow projection. Role required an advanced level Microsoft Excel ability. I coordinated projects by working closely with the customer-supplier-contractor chain through effective project management, ensuring the best-quality service for our customers and clients. Responsible for owning project deliverables throughout the life-cycle of projects. I prepared high-quality and accurate proposal documentation for client interaction, most notably, as part of a small team that won a significant, multi-million- pound contract to supply, install and maintain lighting technology in over three hundred sites across seven countries in the Q-Park portfolio.
