joycepan_gz_cn 9 years ago Is it better to place vm to host with more resource?

joycepan_gz_cn 9 years ago It's very impressive that VMware achieve the technology to move vm across different hosts smoothly. I have a question about this challange. If I can't place vmA when I get "vmA, ON", then I get "vmB, OFF", should I check whether I can power on vmA?

dranzer_ashi 10 years ago Sir, I am experiencing a problem with the testcase. For the same test case(testcase 0) on different runs of the exact same program, I am getting different outputs, It sometimes accepts and sometimes does not accept the solution, Here is my code so far : http://www.codeskulptor.org/#user40_lqfZIO7WdV_0.py

The bad: none really
The only bad place to work is where you are unappreciated, underpaid and not growing.
it's easy to get caught up in the "top N places" to work dialogue.
But those are gamed. PR teams work hard to place companies there.
My view is that you should interview at a bunch of places, if you can, and pick the place that fits your needs. And what you want to do with your career.
For me VMWare is awesome becaue I get to work at a company that has an opportunity to affect the amount of on-prem vs public infrastructure that gets bought. And I get to be involved in defining the Software Defined Data Center . A problem I wanted to work on for a decade.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
And that was why I made my choices.
If you're a new grad looking for a job, VMWare is a great place, where you can work on a wide variety of problems with a great culture.
