    At IBM I provided technical support for global teams using proprietary systems administration tool - IBM BigFix. The support role involved report interpretation and incident escalation for problems related to service availability and security compliance. I also spent my time learning about Systems Administration in preparation for the Red Hat System Administration certificate and about systems configuration/provisioning software, Ansible.

    This bootcamp included working on two projects. The first project was implementing a visual redesign of an e-commerce website. This involved constructing the HTML and CSS layout from scratch. The second was creating a Question2Answer (PHP Q&A framework) theme to match the visual guidelines of a provided company. This involved a lot of meticulous CSS work as well as integration of visual components like dropdown menus. I also had to e.g. fetch content from a json endpoint and integrate it with the website using JS. The bootcamp organizers remarked that my work most closely resembled the provided designs out of the whole group.
