Addressed 600+ client tickets related to SAP software, learning SDLC and Agile methodologies. Analyzed ticket patterns to identify and resolve recurring issues, enhancing the tool’s efficiency reducing overall ticket count, and creating documentation pages for proposed solutions. Implemented strategic analysis of ticket categories by categorizing the tickets based on different categories present in the tool, and collaborated with the team to identify root causes of the issues. Reduced the monthly ticket counts from an average of 500 to a range of 300-450 through problem-solving measures and tools such as JIRA software.

Acquired knowledge of machine learning principles and algorithms, including linear regression and random forest regression, for data analysis and predictive modeling. Worked on a project to closely predict the insurance cost based on various physical features of the dataset using different ML algorithms like Multiple linear regressor, random forest regressor. Random forest regressor algorithm gave an accuracy of 97.34 percent on the dataset.
